Payroll and Benefits

The payroll department provides payroll administrative services for all CPSD employees.

Online Paystubs

CPSD uses Employee Self-Service (ESS) to allow employees to access, view and download their direct deposit paystubs, W-2 and 1095 forms online. This system provides a convenient and secure way for employees to manage their payroll information, eliminating the need for printed copies.

Payroll forms are available online through the SharePoint site.

Employee Benefits - SEBB (Benefits 24/7)

New Employees

New employees have 31 calendar days from their first day of employment to select their benefit elections; otherwise, they will default. As a reminder, if you are coming from another school district you may not make changes to your medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability or Navia benefits until the next open enrollment.

Employees will complete their enrollment and access their benefits information through the WA State HCA login:  Benefits 24/7 . Please scroll down and click on the blue or green arrow that appears like this (the dates in your arrow will show your enrollment window and coverage start date).

Current Employees

Changes to employee health benefits must be made through your SEBB (Benefits 24/7) login.
