Bids and Quotes 

The Clover Park School District (CPSD) Purchasing Department manages contracts for supplies and services in accordance with State of Washington regulations and District policies. The department prepares Invitations to Bid (ITBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for a wide range of supplies, services, and equipment. 

Individual schools and departments procure items through a variety of competitively awarded contracts.

Architect, Engineer and Small Works Rosters 

Clover Park School District’s Small Works and Architect/Engineer Rosters are managed through MRSC Rosters. 

To receive project and bid notifications, firms must register with MRSC Rosters and select Clover Park School District in the “Public Agencies” section of the application.

Community 

CPSD disposes of obsolete or surplus items through a variety of methods, including public auctions via Public Surplus. These items may include student desks, classroom furniture, technology and other equipment.

Grants of Surplus Property 

Other government entities (federal, state, or local) may be eligible to receive surplus property for preschool through twelfth grade educational purposes.
