We believe students are essential partners in shaping the future of our schools. By making student voice a driving force for systems change and school culture, we ensure decisions reflect the needs and perspectives of those most impacted. 

The Superintendent’s Youth Advisory Council is a diverse group of student leaders who partner with the superintendent to share perspectives, provide feedback, and help shape initiatives that impact the Clover Park School District community. This council is a vital platform for students to influence policies, programs, and opportunities that foster belonging and success. 

Professional Development & Support

We equip staff with the tools, training, and reflective practices they need to grow as equity-centered educators. Through professional learning sessions, collaborative workshops, and ongoing support, we work alongside our colleagues to create learning environments where every student can thrive.

Community Partnerships 

Building bridges between schools and the community to support thriving students and families

Strong schools grow from strong communities. We build and nurture partnerships with local organizations, agencies, and leaders to expand access to resources and opportunities for students and families. Together, we address barriers, amplify strengths, and create pathways for success in and beyond the classroom.
